Gil Granot-Mayer holds an MBA degree from the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration and an LL.B. degree from Tel-Aviv University. Mr. Granot-Mayer was appointed as Yeda’s C.E.O in 2016 after having served as Deputy C.E.O and General Counsel of Yeda for 10 years. Prior to joining Yeda, Mr. Granot-Mayer worked in prominent law firms both as a commercial lawyer and as a litigator specializing in Intellectual Property, Cyberspace Law, E-commerce and Banking.
Mr. Granot-Mayer is a frequent speaker in various forums covering issues related to Intellectual Property, licensing and technology transfer.
Gil served in the Israeli Navy as a submarine crew-member during his extended military service. Gil is married and has three children.

Keren is an intellectual property expert with strong technological understanding, working closely with the industry, the Innovation Authority, Venture Capitals, Incubators, European Commission and other entities in initiating and structuring research collaboration, joint ventures and licensing transactions.
Keren led the formation of several funds that invest in promising technologies and the incorporation of multiple start-up companies and serves as board member at several of Tel-Aviv University’s spinoff companies, as well as at TAU Ventures.
With more than 15 years' experience in technology transfer, Tamar boasts a successful track record of bringing medical innovations from the lab to the marketplace. Tamar is the CEO of Hadasit, chair of Hadasit Bio Holdings (HBL, TASE: HDST) and a board member of Kahr Medical. Prior to joining Hadasit, Tamar served as VP of Marketing and Strategy at Ramot, the technology transfer company of Tel Aviv University, responsible for the company strategic alliances, marketing activities and commercialization. Tamar was the founder and CEO of Allergene Ltd., an Israeli drug development start-up company. Tamar received her MSc and PhD in cell biology from the Tel Aviv University School of Medicine.
Tamir Huberman holds an MSc in Structural Biology and a BSc in Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem as well as a diploma in Computers & Electronics. He is also a certified trainer of NLP from ABNLP (American Board of NLP).
Tamir was appointed as Yeda’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Head of Marketing in December 2019. He is also the Head of IT at ITTN (Israel Technology Transfer Organization) and brings over 20 years’ experience in core IT system implementation, deal negotiation and public speaking to Yeda. Prior to joining the Company, Tamir was the CIO at Yissum, (Tech Transfer of Hebrew University), served on the Board of Directors at InnerEye and was an Observer on the Board at BriefCam. Other positions he has held include, Co-Founder of Artigon, a member of the R&D team at Orgenics and Head of IP and R&D at MedisEl.
