The problem
As our mobile phones got smarter, the basic action of making a call became more complicated and even tedious. People now have hundreds of contacts and making a call requires searching for the right contact. While driving, making a call is even more difficult.

The solution
SEER “knows” who the user would like to call next. The contacts that the user is most likely to call next are displayed on his smartphone's home screen and constantly updated. The user will only need one click to make his next call.

The technology

• SEER is based on a patented machine learning algorithm and has proven success in predicting outgoing calls. It learns the user’s call habits and intelligently predicts who will be his next call.
• SEER’s predictions are based on the user's call log. The context of the call (day, time, proximity to other calls, etc) is used to predict the next call.
• The algorithm continues to learn the user’s habits and searches for patterns. The more a person uses SEER the more it gets to know him and the better it predicts his outgoing calls.
• The algorithm was developed at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. It has been scientifically tested to be successful in predicting outgoing calls.

The implementation

• SEER is a mobile app that is available on the market for all android smartphones devices.
  The technology will bring even greater value once implemented as part of the device's operating system. The algorithm is designed to be easily integrated into any smartphone's operating system.
